Transformation Sessions are dedicated to further refinement of your healing plan and to assist your transformation and achieving sustained results. Transformation of heart, mind, spirit and soul, is how we get to where we want to go.  These sessions can be purchased individually or as a package* and are limited to those who have completed a Premier Health History & Nutrition Assessment. Each Transformation Session is 60 minutes in length and Package options include email support in-between visits.

Those who utilize Implementation Sessions on a bi-weekly basis see the most significant results, however, the frequency of Implementation Sessions will be at a frequency that best suits you and your health needs.
