Premier Health History & Nutrition Assessment-Choose this to start your functional nutrition approach to healing to "shift the terrain" and influence your genes, immune system and hormones to achieve and sustain optimal health. Includes recommendations for lifestyle, nutrition and supplements.  (2-60 minute visits) $249

Functional Nutrition & Intuitive Healing (FN&IH) Session can be scheduled after having completed a Premier Health History & Nutrition Assessment and are dedicated to further refinement of your healing plan and to assist you in implementing the recommended lifestyle and nutrition behaviors. These sessions can be purchased individually or as a package*. Each FN&M Session is 60 minutes in length and Package options include email support in between visits.

*Expiration date of each 3 and 6 FN&IH Package purchased is 3 months from the date of purchase. Those who utilize FN&M Sessions on a bi-weekly basis see the most significant results, however, the frequency of these sessions is best determined after a discussion with Diana.
